We did it! We moved to Tennessee in September and we're finally feeling a little bit settled. Rhonda started her new ministry in October and Terry will begin working for the Episcopal School of Knoxville this week.
In the meantime, Jake is loving all the attention he's getting from his new friends at church as well as being close to his Mimi. We've had a number of visitors (to see Jake, not us, of course!). The Lamberts and the Spilkers have visited as well as Terry's mom, Gail, and daughter Marilou and her beau, Donta. Jake was dedicated in October which was a very special day for us.
Halloween marked Terry's 41st birthday, and we had a very cute "frog" in our care. Jake was six months old on November4, and his doctor reported a 26" baby who weighs (a hefty) 16.5 pounds! Healthy and happy. . .except for that teething thing.
